it was soo beautiful today!

we went to the park and had lunch with some of our friends...chase was obviously loving it especially after having spent pretty much the enitre winter couped up in the house on lockdown from being sick. ahhhhh fresh air...! then we got to go to dinner at our cousins house...overall a great day!....oh did i mention that i didn't manage to grab my camera once today to capture any number of the fun/interseting things that were going on?!...no?...oh. well i didn't. :/ good one me!

here's to capturing tomorrow!

these are my nemesis right now.

dang you with youre dark chocolaty and magically creamy peanut buttery centered goodness!!! i have had just about everyone i know try one of these and its been pretty much the same response..."wow those are REALLY good!!!" no freaking kidding!!! i should know...ive only gone through like 4 or  containers since ive discovered them! i have to quit this habit fast or else it wont be pretty.

ive already posted about these delicious morsels once awhile back...but today my lovely friend brought me a surprise when i cut her hair.....oh how i am loving you u and cursing u right now friend...lol...jk!. i guess its just payback for getting her hooked on em. ;)

anyway today was kinda a long day at work...didnt get a chance to take pics of chase...he and adam are fast alseep...so now its just me and my box of chocolates...cant complain.

this is what i would like to do anytime i see this lovely box...shameful i know.

a boy and his dog.

who needs the real thing when an old halloween costume and a few stuffed ones will do the trick?! chase loves these guys...he can usually been seen carrying around at least one of them around the house at any given time. sometimes he likes to snuggle up in his chair with as many as will fit!...i have a feeling that in a few years we may be getting requests for the real deal. :)

shots. suck.

after being through two rounds of antibiotics for a double ear-infection, chase was finally able to get his 18 mo well check up which included shots :( he was such a good boy during his visit and  pretty happy too...until the nurse came in to give him the shots...poor baby knew what was coming as soon as he saw that needle..ahhhhh it breaks my heart to hear that cry and then to see that face of..."why the heck did you just let her do that to me??!!" anyway he was over it before we left the dr. office...that is until we changed him into his jammies and he saw the band-aids....tears. my poor baby...what a champ!

i have been kinda on a smoothie kick lately and chase has been loving them too! todays flavor de jour was banana chocolate peanut butter...mmmmmmm.!

amazingly some even made it IN his mouth lol!

super bowl!

chase loves a crowd and tonight during the super bowl was no exception! he had a blast with his aunts and uncle and cousins...putting on quite the show for all of us...he's such a ham and i LOVE it. he is our own personal half-time show....p.s. he was totally diggin the black.eyed.peas tonight.

he started his ensemble with just a simple beanie...he thought is was pretty hilarious that it was over his whole head.

then he went for it and added some hot pink boots...
